- Let us know which package you'd like refunded — you can refund any or all bottles from the original order
You do not need to ship any unopened bottles back to us. Our refund policy is "empty-bottle friendly" — we trust our customers and would rather process your refund quickly than create friction.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, here's what happens:
- Within 1 business day: We confirm your refund request by email
- Within 3 business days: We process the refund on our end
- Within 5–10 business days: The refund appears on your bank or card statement
Refund timing depends partly on your bank or card issuer. Most UK banks process refunds within 5–7 business days; some take up to 10. If 10 business days have passed and you have not seen the refund on your statement, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
5. What's Refunded
Your refund will include:
- The full price paid for the bottles being refunded
- Any VAT charged on those bottles
- Standard shipping costs (where applicable)
If you are partially refunding an order (e.g., returning 2 of 3 bottles), shipping costs will be refunded proportionally where the partial refund affects shipping qualification thresholds.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will, at your choice:
- Replace the damaged or defective item at no cost to you, or
- Issue a full refund (including any shipping costs)
Please include photographs of the damaged item or packaging where possible — this helps us process your claim quickly and investigate any shipping issues with our courier partners.
7. Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to a recurring delivery plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, log into your account and click "Cancel Subscription," or email us at support@gelatinesculpt.co.uk. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made and your subscription will not renew.
Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of a renewal charge will be honoured, and the renewal charge will be reversed.
8. Excluded Situations
While our refund policy is generous, we cannot offer refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- Requests received more than 60 days after the original order date
- Orders that have been placed via third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
- Bonus digital products that have been downloaded — these may be retained even when the physical product is refunded
- Cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our return policy
